Roy Morgan’s customer satisfaction survey has crowned Aldi as ‘Supermarket of the Year’ for the third straight year with an impressive 96.1% average score. Aldi’s group buying director attributes this success to offering top quality at unbeatable prices, resonating with consumers, especially when household finances are tight. The annual survey gathers feedback from 60,000 participants, and the award recognises the supermarket with the most monthly top-satisfaction ratings over the year.
