Inflation increases in April to 3.6%

Inflation has slightly increased for the 12 months to April to 3.6% (up from 3.5% for 12 months to March), making it the second consecutive month where it has increased after dropping since the peak in December 2022.

Blueberry volume lowers along with strawberries but raspberries on the rise.

Blueberries had the lowest volume in the last 104 weeks (even lower than the previous week’s record). Strawberries are fractionally down compared to the week before, Raspberries are significantly back compared to the week before, and Blackberries move sideways.
